Oncie held onto his toy and smiled and nodded his head “Yeah!~… pretty thing” he said pointing to the blue mass and tried to reach out for it “what is it Half?” he asked curiously.
Halfler watched the two interact with a slightly sad smile. “That’s…a good friend of mine kiddo.”
“He keeps away the dark for me.”
Oncie smiled and nodded his head as he gently interacted with the floating thing. He hummed slightly and then looked up at Half “Oh I brought you some things since I missed out on visiting you” he said and held up a plastic bag “some candy from Halloween that’s still good and some food from Thanksgiving! I thought you might like it” he said a small blush on his face.
Halfler perked up, “Yeah? Thanks kiddo, you didn’t have to do all this.” He hums, walking over and taking said bag with a smile, ruffling the kids hair. “I’d probably starve without you buddy, huh?”
Oncie smiled happily at him and clapped when his hair was ruffled “Yeah! And you should’ve seen my costume too! I was a dinosaur!” he said starting to play and act like one making small dinosaur noises.
Halfer chuckled. “Yeah? Sounds pretty cool.”
Oncie watched the blue whisp like friend of Halfler’s imitate a dinosaur with him. He roared and made more dinosaur noises before laughing happily. This was fun pretending to be a dinosaur. Looking to Halfler he roared “I will eat you!” he cried out playfully before tackling the other with a giggle.
“Gonna eat me huh?” Halfler growled playfully down at the kid wrapped round his legs, and he turned to the floating ball pulsing next to him. “Hey babe I gotta a dinosaur attached to my leg what do you think I should do?”
Halfler chuckled, lifting his leg with the kid still attached to him, giggling. Don’t think a crowbar will work babe.”
Oncie giggled happily still and clung to his legs and looked up at the now crowbar shaped wisp. It made him smile and he still held onto his leg even as he was lifted up. The small once-ler smiled more before letting go and looking at the wisp and hummed “Hey… I should make you a present. A friend of Halfler needs a present. Oh kinda like the dragon I made you” he said pointing to half feeling excited “Yes~ project time! Ph fun” he said excitement written all over him “Oh what do you like? Animals. What kinds of animals?” he asked not caring if the other was a wisp floating thing at all.

Halfler blinked and tensed at the action of his tail being lifted without his knowledge, and he swung around, intending to give this intruder a good glare and maybe a firm whack with his tail but—oh.
“….Hey kid, what’s up?” Half-ler softens and relaxes his coils almost immediately.
He smiled as he held the end of it happily and pet it a few times before answering him “Nothin’. I thought I’d visit since it’s been a long while” he said hugging the tail to his chest and smiles “I like this. It’s pretty and smooth… hey I brought some snacks! Want some!?” he asked excitedly.

Halfler’s eys flew open and he jerked to life, crooning in question.
The dragon heaved himself to his paws and headed for the boy, leaving a rather confused ex-angel behind.
Oncie watched the dragon get up and coe over to him. He seemed rather happy to see him judging by how he seeed o smile an the rumbles off purrs. The smaller male rubbed his eyes and pinched himself to make sure he was infact not dreaming. Staring he reached a small han ou and genly pet his nout befor pullin back “That… really you Halfler?” he asked softly. Soon the confused look faded and smie appeared on his face.He certainly was a dragon now. Oncie went back over to his stuff an picked them up I brought cookies. Made them myself” he said turning back. He stopped and looked bak behind him and finaly noticed someone lse who seeed really… familiar “Who’s that?”
“Uh, hullo there,” The ex-angel waved sheepishly at the kid from the dragon’s side. “I’m the Once-ler…well, I used to be.”
Oncie smiled and giggled as he carefully snatched a cookie from him. It was kind of funny before he then looked over to the other once more as he spoke. Now he was just being curious at the taller male and smile “Really? That’s my name too! But everyone calls me Oncie” he then looked to Halfler again and offered up another cookie “You know Halfler?” he asked smiling in delight never knowing he knew other people.
The dragon opened his maw obediently for more cookies and only slammed his jaws closed when he was positive he wasn’t going to snap up the little kid on accident.
“I, uh, yeah, I know him.” The angel shrugged sheepishly, watching the dragon gobble up the cookie.
Oncie giggled. He found it funny how Half simply gobbled up one tiny cook with his much bigger mouth. It made him happy and he looked over at the other “Half’s very nice isn’t he?” he asked as he munched on a cookie himself. Gently he moved closer and hugged the dragon’s muzzle before letting. He then offered the other once-ler a cookie “Want one?” he asked smiling as he munched on another. Oncie was delighted to know that Half-ler knew someone else and he was glad that there were more friends that didn’t mind him.
